We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy in Salisbury, North Carolina. Our personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations are designed to help these children reach their full potential.
Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify children's strengths, needs, and goals
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in clients' homes, using evidence-based ABA techniques
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including licensed therapists, psychologists, and speech-language pathologists
Develop and maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and treatment plans
Participate in regular team meetings and provide input on treatment plans and outcomes
Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy and autism treatment
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
