We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate BCBA to work directly with our team to deliver high-quality, in-person ABA therapy services to children with autism and related disorders. As a BCBA with Alight Behavioral Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and train ABA therapists and support staff
Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure seamless care
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA
Conduct behavioral assessments, analyze data, and develop treatment plans
Supervise and implement ABA therapy sessions, providing guidance and feedback to therapy staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including families, teachers, and other professionals
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children with autism and related disorders
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
