Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy seeks an in-person BCBA to join our team. The candidate must hold BCBA certification and VA LBA licensure, with experience serving individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in clinical settings.

You will design and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct diagnostic evaluations, collect data, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care. This role offers an hourly pay structure and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

BCBA certification required.
VA LBA licensure required.
Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and HIPAA-compliant records.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Train and supervise staff in behavior intervention strategies.
Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Stay current with research and best practices in behavior analysis.
