Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service in Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our in-person team serving Loudoun and Alexandria Counties. The role offers a full-time schedule with some weekend potential and a competitive hourly pay range of $55–$65.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, provide therapy, and supervise BTs/RBTs while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and collaborating with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field; graduate study encouraged.
• Experience with children and autism/developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and client-centered care.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active CPR certification; assistance available to obtain.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on floor).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy and family support.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for well-rounded care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Stay informed on current research and best practices.
