Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-person team serving Loudoun and Alexandria Counties. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement intervention plans, provide one-on-one therapy, supervise BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Requirements include BCBA certification, a relevant degree, experience with autism, CPR, background check,

Qualifications

BCBA certification required.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field.
Experience working with children and individuals with autism.
Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
Empathy, patience and client-centered care.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
Provide one-on-one therapy and family support.
Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for well-rounded care.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
Stay informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health.
