Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for a full-time, in-person position serving Loudoun and Alexandria Counties. Schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification required.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and client-centered care.
• Background check required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work directly with children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy and family support.
• Supervising BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions.
• Maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.
