Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, seeks a BCBA or BCaBA to assess and treat children with autism, develop behavior plans, and provide one-on-one therapy. You will mentor BTs/RBTs and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure effective care.

The position is in-person in Loudoun and Alexandria Counties, Monday through Friday with some weekend potential; a background check is required, CPR certification is encouraged, and HIPAA-compliant documentation is mandatory.

Qualificações

• BCBA/BCaBA certification required.
• BA/BS in ABA or related field; masters encouraged.

• BCaBA: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
• BCBA: $65.00-$75.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• BCBA or BCaBA Certification
• Master's/Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, students pursuing their masters degree in ABA are highly encourage to apply.
• Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care
• Reliable transportation
• Active CPR Certification (we'll help you get certified if needed)
• Ability to pass a background check (required by funding sources)
• Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)
