Beyou Behavior Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-person with children and families in homes, clinics, schools, or community settings in California. You will implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support caregivers to promote skill generalization.

The role offers hands-on mentorship, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RBT certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collect behavioral data and complete clinical documentation.
• Comfortable with in-person services and travel to client locations.
• Able to work effectively as part of a clinical team.
• Maintain RBT certification and BACB requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in in-person service settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Use evidence-based teaching strategies during therapy sessions.
• Collect and record accurate behavioral and skill-acquisition data.
• Complete required session documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.
• Communicate client progress to the supervising BCBA.
• Follow clinical recommendations and treatment protocols.
• Support caregiver participation as directed by the supervising BCBA.
