Job summary

Early Autism Services LLC is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 2–11. We offer paid training, strong support, and clear career growth opportunities. All supervision is in-person with BCBA supervisors and mentors, with no telehealth used for supervision or training.

You will work under experienced BCBAs to deliver engaging sessions, track progress, and communicate with families. A background check and valid work authorization in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• RBAI certification (or willingness to obtain) is required or pursued.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children aged 2–11.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Track progress with simple data collection.
• Support children in clinic settings, and sometimes at home or in the community.
• Communicate with families and team members.
• Attend ongoing training and supervision.

Education
