Job summary

Early Autism Services is seeking energetic ABA Therapists to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–11. All supervision is in-person with BCBAs, supervisors, and mentors; no telehealth is used for supervision or training.

Qualifications

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to children.
• Must obtain RBAI certification or be willing to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids.
• Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs.
• Track progress through simple data collection.
• Support children in clinic settings (sometimes in homes or the community).
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Attend ongoing training and supervision.
