Magnet ABA Therapy in Niles, OH, seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement intervention plans, and teach social and daily living skills to clients in person.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBAs, accurate data recording, and compassionate engagement with families. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within the ABA field.

Formación

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA to modify treatment plans.
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and families.
