magnet ABA Therapy in Canton, OH offers in-person behavioral therapy under BCBA supervision. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, collect data, and help implement intervention plans to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Training is provided, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with autism/developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
