Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under supervision, collect data, and support clients in developing communication and daily living skills.

You will collaborate with a BCBA, receive training, and have opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, in-person environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
