Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in Selma, NC seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA and help clients reach their goals.

You will collect data, participate in assessments, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while collaborating with families and educators to provide integrated care. This is an in-person role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
