Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in Fayetteville, NC seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA techniques. You will collect data, monitor progress, and support goal attainment under BCBA supervision.

This in-person position offers flexible schedules (full-time or part-time), with pay from $20 to $30 per hour, and benefits including paid time off. HIPAA-compliant documentation and family collaboration are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques and behavioral therapy.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation and records management.
• Strong patient care principles and confidentiality to HIPAA standards.
• A background in special education or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes.
• Maintain medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals for holistic care.
