Beyou Behavior Therapy is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician Trainee to work in Oakley, Brentwood, and Antioch with in-person ABA therapy for children. You will receive paid training, RBT exam reimbursement, and supervision by BCBA professionals while advancing toward RBT certification.

Starting at 16.90/hour during the 40-day trainee period, the rate rises to 27–30/hour after certification. This paid training and development opportunity supports growth in ABA, behavioral health, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old required.
• Experience with children through babysitting, tutoring, coaching, teaching, childcare, or similar.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in hands-on, people-centered environments.
• Open to feedback, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Willing to commute within the Sacramento service area.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a required background check.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• TB testing, physical exam, and vaccination documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, self-help, and other functional skills.
• Use evidence-based behavioral strategies during sessions.
• Collect and accurately record session data as required.
• Follow treatment protocols and clinical direction from the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
• Communicate observations and client progress to the supervising clinical team.
• Support positive relationships with children, caregivers, and clinical team members.
• Follow physical, safety, and client-specific requirements during service delivery.
• Participate in training, supervision, and professional development activities.
• Apply feedback and continuously improve your clinical and professional skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow Beyou’s professional and compliance requirements.
