Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental needs in Richmond, Rodeo, Pinole, and San Pablo. You will help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills while receiving full training and mentorship.

As part of the role, you will follow treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and track progress, collaborating with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and weekday afternoon/evening availability.
• Able to pass a background check; CPR/First Aid certification.

What You'll Do

• Follow treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect data, track progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for working with children (experience in teaching, childcare, coaching, tutoring, or caregiving is a plus).

• High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred).

• Driver's license, car insurance, and weekday afternoon/evening availability.

• Able to pass a background check; CPR/First Aid required (we'll assist with certification).
