Job summary

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated Rehabilitation Technician to join our inpatient care team in Irving, TX. You will assist patients with daily living activities, transfers, and mobility while following the established treatment plan and maintaining safety.

Shifts include Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend options with earnings updates and benefits such as medical/dental coverage, disability, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and a 401(k). A supportive, patient-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must pass Basic Rehabilitation Technician Training.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patient needs in accordance with the treatment plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Maintain activity level for all patients.
• Transport patients to and from appointments as needed.
• Provide medication assistance when applicable.
• Document care thoroughly and promptly communicate urgent matters.
• Facilitate patient visits and support the care team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
