Pate Rehabilitation in Irving, TX is seeking a motivated Rehabilitation Technician to join our inpatient care team. You will assist with daily living activities, transfers, and patient transport while maintaining documentation and safety throughout care delivery.

Role requires strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to treatment plans; pre-employment screenings and training are required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans where available.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members.
• Must pass provided Basic Rehabilitation Technician Training.
• Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings.

Mansioni

• Attend to patient needs in accordance with the treatment plan and ensure patient safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transfers as needed.
• Maintain activity level for all patients.
• Transport patients to and from appointments as needed.
• Provide medication assistance when applicable.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of care provided and communicate urgent matters to staff.
