Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create sterile field and assist surgeon with instruments.
• Break down sterile field and decontaminate instruments.
• Assist with patient transfer and positioning.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; ensure sterility.
• Restock and report broken equipment.
• Follow hospital policies and orient new staff.
• May take vital signs and wound cultures.
