Job summary

All Season Exteriors LLC in Norcross, GA is seeking an experienced Full-Time Estimator to join our in-office team, handling residential and multi-family projects, including new construction and remodels for siding and roofing.

You will prepare takeoffs, material lists, pricing and proposals, and coordinate scope with sales, field and operations. Candidates should read architectural plans, use estimating software (Bluebeam a plus), and bring strong attention to detail and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience reading architectural plans.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Experience with estimating software is preferred.
• Siding or roofing industry experience is a big plus.
