1 800Accountant is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in the United States. This consultative role connects small business owners with tailored accounting and tax solutions to help them succeed.

You will manage a high-volume pipeline, deliver compelling demonstrations via Google Meet, and collaborate with Client Success and Account Management to ensure long-term client satisfaction. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Prior experience in a phone based high volume sales environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and articulate complex information clearly and professionally.
• Self motivated and goal oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
• Collaborative and receptive to coaching with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Demonstrated confidence in presenting solutions and making decisive recommendations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: A competitive base salary commensurate with experience
• Commission: Uncapped commission structure with a clear and transparent plan providing significant upside potential for top performers
• Expected On Target Earnings OTE: The average OTE for this role is between 60000 and 200000 with top performers exceeding this range
