Job summary

The ideal candidate will write estimates for both mitigation and reconstruction projects using Xactimate, ensure accuracy and compliance for insurance claims, and collaborate closely with project managers. Qualifications

• Experience writing restoration and/or reconstruction estimates.
• Strong Xactimate skills are required.
• Ability to interpret scope sheets and documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Write mitigation and rebuild estimates using Xactimate.
• Review DocuSketch and Encircle documentation.
• Prepare reconstruction scopes for repairs following water, fire, and mold losses.

Skills

Writing restoration and/or reconstruction estimates

Strong Xactimate skills

Understanding of construction and repair processes

Familiarity with DocuSketch and/or Encircle

Strong written and verbal communication skills
