• Manage project finances, budgeting, and collections.
• Negotiate estimates with insurance companies.
• Coordinate with team and subcontractors for project transitions.
• Generate work orders for crews.
• Process invoices for accounting.
• Provide daily progress updates.

Skills

Proficiency in Xactimate

Proficiency in T&M Pro

Knowledge of CRMs
