Job summary

EPC Services Company, a leading power/utility engineering consultant and construction firm, invites applications for a full-time Project Manager in our Portland, Oregon office. This in-office role focuses on proactive management of high- and medium-voltage EPC construction projects, delivering on time and within budget.

You will lead project teams, define scope, manage schedule and costs, coordinate procurement and safety, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• BS in EE, EET, or Construction Management with 5+ years PM experience on >$5MM projects.
• High-voltage electrical systems experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; MS Office literacy.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC projects from scope to delivery and completion.
• Manage project schedule, costs, and scope controls.
• Coordinate procurement, bidding, safety, and field construction.
• Mentor assistant project managers and report to Branch Manager.
• Maintain structured project communications with stakeholders.
