WesBanco in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Portfolio Manager to proactively manage commercial loan portfolios, identify trends, and alert management to changes in risk. You will partner with Relationship Managers to develop credit proposals and renewals, assess risk, and tailor credit structures for profitable, long‑term credits.

You will underwrite and service portfolios, monitor covenant compliance, and prepare proposals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years commercial credit or lending experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills with ability to interpret financial reports and covenants.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrites and services commercial loan portfolios including covenant compliance testing, financial reporting, and annual reviews.
• Identifies credit weaknesses and alerts management to deterioration.
• Collaborates with Relationship Managers to prioritize new credit requests, renewals, modifications and reviews.
• Provides risk ratings and recommends appropriate credit structure.
• Prepares approval, commitment, and proposal documents and participates in documentation process including covenants.
• Participates in customer meetings to discuss alternative credit structures and clarify questions.
• Gathers information from internal/external customers and resolves missing or inconsistent data.
• Owns primary responsibility for credit and monitoring of portfolio risks.
• Responsible for underwriting quality, portfolio administration and credit quality of assigned portfolio.
