Total Quality Logistics in Akron, OH is seeking a recruiter to own end-to-end candidate search and interview processes on-site. You will build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and teams, sourcing actively to maintain steady candidate flow and guide candidates from sourcing to offers.

Training is provided, and performance-driven bonuses are available. Applicants should be self-motivated with excellent communication, and a willingness to work in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of successful full-cycle recruiting experience.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience with ATS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and partners to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate high volume candidate flow using varied sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interview process from sourcing to offer; ensure smooth onboarding.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.
