H & G Systems in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex seeks a Mechanical BIM Specialist to develop HVAC, piping, and plumbing BIM models. You will produce detailed construction drawings and fabrication-ready documents, coordinating with project teams to ensure constructible designs.

Role focuses on in-office work with limited hybrid flexibility after onboarding, offering exposure to large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, and mission-critical projects across North Texas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of BIM modeling, CAD drafting, MEP coordination or related work.
• Experience developing construction drawings and detailed digital models.
• Strong reading of drawings and specifications with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration in fast-paced teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC, piping, and plumbing BIM models for commercial projects.
• Create shop drawings and fabrication-ready documentation.
• Interpret drawings and project requirements to build constructible models.
• Support clash detection and BIM coordination meetings.
• Maintain model accuracy throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and field teams to resolve issues.
