Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in BIM modeling with strong 3D piping knowledge.
• Experience in process piping and exhaust duct detailing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, and 3D modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Engage with projects requiring BIM modeling.
• Model all scopes of work as per BID documents.
• Complete modeling database and conduct QA/QC of final models.
