Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing/communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, public relations, or event management.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate events from start to finish; golf tournament experience is a plus.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with external partners.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate all company events, including golf tournaments, trade shows, customer appreciation days, vendor events, employee functions, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives.
• Provide full administrative support for the events program, including budgets, timelines, registrations, invitations, RSVPs, attendee lists, and correspondence.
• Manage event logistics, including venue booking, vendor coordination, catering, rentals, signage, prizes, materials preparation, setup and teardown, and post-event reporting.
• Solicit and manage event sponsorships with suppliers and vendor partners, tracking commitments, payments, and sponsor recognition.
• Maintain event tracking spreadsheets for registrations, sponsorships, and expenses, and prepare post-event budget and attendance reports.
• Work on-site at events, including weekends as needed, to manage check-in, schedules, and day-of coordination.
• Capture and organize event photography and video for post-event marketing content.
• Represent Honsador Lumber at select community and industry events as a brand ambassador.
