Job summary

Queen Ka’ahumanu Center in Kahului, HI seeks a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to drive strategic marketing initiatives, events, PR, and community engagement for the center and its retailers. You will manage digital campaigns, social media, email, and sponsorships, while collaborating with tenants and vendors to accelerate revenue growth and tenant performance.

The role requires 2+ years of marketing experience, strong communication, analytics, and the ability to work flexible

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Marketing and/or related experience.
• Strong understanding of digital ads including Facebook/Instagram.
• Ability to manage timelines across multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication: clear, concise, professional representation.
• Strong analytical capability for marketing/retail trends and communication.
• Collaborate with marketing, tenants, and vendors for timely execution.
• Flexibility to work event shifts, nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Implementation: execute marketing, events, PR, tourism, and promotional initiatives.
• Digital Presence: manage the center’s digital channels, social media, email, and campaigns.
• Business Development: support sponsorships, specialty leasing, retailer recruitment, and advertising sales.
• Retailer Development: strengthen retailer partnerships and programs to maximize store performance.
• Management and Operations: collaborate with leadership and guest services for program execution.
• Financial & Reporting: assist with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
