Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Texas license (Limited Lines or Property & Casualty) highly preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written/verbal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and learn company software.
• Continuing education courses required to maintain active Texas license.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs: new policies, edits, payments, renewals and reinstatements.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk based on condition and characteristics.
• Identify and develop new clients through networking and marketing with the office manager.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Support daily office duties and maintain orderly administrative practices.
