Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid and current Texas license (Limited Lines or P&C) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various insurance needs: new policies, edits, payments, renewals, reinstatements, and inquiries.
• Inspect vehicles to assess risk for insurance eligibility.
• Develop clientele through networking and marketing with office support.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Conduct daily housekeeping and related office tasks.
