Job summary

A-MAX Insurance is seeking motivated individuals for an in-office Insurance Sales Agent role in Conroe, TX. You will assist customers with policies, payments, and renewals while building a client base through networking and marketing efforts.

The position offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, weekly earnings, and comprehensive benefits; training and licensing assistance are provided to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Texas Limited Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Strong written, verbal and people skills.
• Willingness to learn proprietary software and licensure training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs, payments, renewals and policy edits.
• Develop clientele via networking and marketing with the office team.
• Coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Handle daily administrative tasks and licensing processes.
• Support office operations and customer inquiries.
