Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a focus on client relations.
• Sales experience in insurance is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new policies, edits to existing policies, and payments.
• Inspect vehicles and assess insurability for risk evaluation.
• Develop prospects through networking and local marketing strategies.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to finalize policies.
• Support daily office tasks to maintain smooth operations.
