Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required).
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly learn company software.
• Complete continuing education courses paid for by A-MAX to maintain active license with TDI.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs such as new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and underwriting questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess risk for insurance eligibility.
• Develop clientele through networking and marketing with office manager.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Support daily office housekeeping tasks.
