We provide extensive training, licensing assistance, and a path for career growth within a collaborative team. The role emphasizes strong customer service, bilingual communication, and reliability in daily marketing activities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Licensed in California for Personal Lines or Property & Casualty is required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Strong written, verbal, and people skills; ability to learn company software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with insurance needs: new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk based on condition and characteristics.
• Generate leads and develop clientele through networking and marketing with the office manager.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to finalize policies.
• Perform administrative tasks and support daily office operations.
