Qualifications

• Strong sales mentality and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in-office with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish/English).
• Texas Property & Casualty license is highly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various insurance needs, including new policies, renewals, and payments.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk.
• Develop clientele through networking and marketing with the office manager.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Support daily office routines.
