Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent).
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required).
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written/verbal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and learn company software.
• Complete continuing education courses (paid by A-MAX) to maintain active license status with TDI.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs: new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk suitability.
• Prospect new clients, build lists, and develop clientele through networking and marketing with office support.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Perform daily housekeeping and administrative tasks.
