Job summary

Confidential Real Estate Investment Firm seeks a high-output sales professional for an in-office role in St. Petersburg, FL. You will convert inbound seller opportunities into signed contracts, manage offers, and drive rapid response times to maximize revenue.

You will operate on a rolling $4,000 monthly draw against commissions, earning 15% on the first $150,000 in gross profit and 20% on excess gross profit. OTE ranges from $120k to $144k+ with top performers exceeding $200k.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales performance preferred.
• High-ticket/short-cycle high-pressure sales experience is a plus.
• Experience in real estate investing or related high-rejection sales environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn inbound seller conversations into signed purchase agreements.
• Move quickly on new leads with immediate responses and follow-ups.
• Provide accurate offers and negotiate to close profitable contracts.
• Maintain CRM notes, pipeline, and daily KPIs.
• Follow a proven sales process and participate in coaching sessions.
