Job summary

PGP Title is seeking an Escrow Officer to manage settlement operations for real estate transactions in Schaumburg, IL. This 100% in-office role (Monday–Friday) requires no book of business and offers growth within a precision-focused, team-driven environment.

You will prepare settlement statements, deeds, verify loan documents, obtain signatures, ensure compliant fund disbursement, review escrow reports, and coordinate with recording and accounting to close on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years escrow officer/assistant escrow officer experience.
• Ability to interact professionally with buyers, sellers and lenders.
• Strong multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with OneNote and SoftPro is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of settlement transactions and prepare/coordinate deeds.
• Obtain signatures and explain documents to parties.
• Ensure funds are collected and disbursed per statutes.
• Review escrow quality assurance and ensure policy compliance.
• Facilitate information flow between settlement, recording, and accounting teams.
• Address post-closing issues and maintain workflow adherence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
