Washington Water Service Company in Puyallup, WA, is seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality service to new and existing customers. The role is in-office, Monday–Friday, with shift options, and requires accurate data entry, cash handling, and strong communication.

This position is 100% in office with hours 11:00 am – 7:30 pm or 10:00 am – 6:30 pm depending on daylight saving, and is located in Puyallup.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of customer service experience in an administrative or clerical capacity.
• Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant and professional manner.
• Must be available to work extended hours as required for customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately balance and complete a daily cash report.
• Takes customer orders and provides high-quality customer service as necessary.
• Assists customers in person and by phone, addressing questions regarding billing, payments, conservation, and water quality.
• Enters data into the computer as required with speed and accuracy.
• Performs routine clerical work, including filing, scanning, and collections, processing payments, scheduling appointments, and compiling reports.
• Operates office equipment and may work with spreadsheet programs.
• Performs major cashiering duties, including taking payments, processing credit card payments, balancing drawers, and preparing bank deposits.
• Edits meter reading, writes and resolves service orders, and handles billing envelopes.
• Updates customer accounts as needed and communicates metered billing status.
