Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to commercial client requests by phone and email.
• Assist with billing questions, processing payments, invoices, and billing-plan changes.
• Prepare certificates of insurance to prove coverage.
• Process policy changes and coordinate with insurers.
• Gather missing information and coordinate underwriting requests.
• Help prepare commercial quotes for presentation.
• Keep client records accurate in agency software.
• Review pending work and ensure timely completion.
• Confirm work is complete before closing a request.
