GreenState Insurance Services LLC is seeking an Associate Insurance Account Manager to support the sales team by quoting, servicing, and maintaining our Commercial Lines book for small business clients.

You will collaborate with Insurance Processors, Senior Account Managers, and Administrative staff to act as the liaison with clients, ensuring their business needs are met with care and efficiency. A progressive benefits package accompanies an hourly pay range of $29.17–$34.11 per hour.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years of insurance or business‑related experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent; in-house training accepted.
• Professional insurance designation preferred.
• Must obtain personal property/casualty license within 60 days of hire.
• Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bondable.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to the Credit Union's core values and Service Standards.
• Provides excellent member service to internal and external clients.
• Processes, maintains, and prepares new and renewal accounts for marketing and delivery.
• Handles endorsements, audits, invoicing, and policy processing with quality control.
• Gathers renewal information 60 days before renewal and delivers renewals/binders within 7 days.
• Maintains timeliness and accuracy to minimize errors and omissions.
