Qualifications

• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment with timely processing of claims.

Responsibilities

• Complete timely claims activities and support customers with their needs.
• Manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes regarding customers' groups' claims.
• Process medical, dental, and vision claims and complete accurate data entry.
• Enter claims into the system within five days of receipt.
