This is a highly communicative and detail-oriented role where you'll complete timely claims activities and support customers with their various needs. We're looking for a professional, upbeat, and helpful person who can expertly manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes regarding customers' groups' claims. You'll process medical, dental, and vision claims and complete accurate data entry, making sure to enter claims into our system within five days of receipt. This is an in-office role, and you may be asked to help with additional responsibilities as needed to ensure timely claims processing.
