Nelson Exteriors in Marietta, GA is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative who will be the first voice homeowners hear when reaching out about exterior remodeling projects. You will answer inbound calls, follow up on leads from our website and ads, and set appointments for our in-home sales consultants.

This full-time, in-office role offers a wage of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, paid weekly, and a path for growth as the call center expands.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear, friendly phone voice and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be comfortable using a computer and typing while talking.
• Willingness to follow scripts and participate in weekly coaching.
• Reliable with good punctuality and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from homeowners about exterior remodeling.
• Follow up quickly on new leads from website and ads.
• Set and confirm appointments for in-home consultants.
• Log calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM the same day.
• Provide a warm, professional first impression on every interaction.
