Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid and current insurance license in Texas (preferred, but not required).
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge with strong written, verbal and people skills.
• Willingness to complete continuing education to maintain license.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various insurance needs, including new policies and renewals.
• Inspect vehicles to assess risk based on condition and characteristics.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele through networking and marketing.
• Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with underwriting to finalize policies.
• Assist with daily office housekeeping and operations.
