Masters Transportation is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage dealership billing, titles, registrations, and related documentation in a high-volume environment. You will collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Operations, lenders, and customers to ensure accuracy and timely processing from deal completion to billing and gross recognition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete vehicle sales transactions prior to final billing and closing.
• Verify sales price, cost, customer information, VIN, stock number, and fees.
• Process and close vehicle deals in the company system accurately and timely.
• Ensure revenue, cost of sale, and gross profit are recognized when appropriate.
• Maintain organized deal jackets, title files, and documentation.
