Job summary

This paid internship targets students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting and provides exposure to GAAP concepts, client communication, and collaboration with professional staff in a national CPA firm.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/MS in Accounting with tax coursework.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and GPA emphasis.
• Ability to think independently and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and firm associate requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
• Assist with audit, review and compliance testing procedures.
• Prepare or review financial statements and footnotes under guidance.
• Develop technical competency with GAAP related to the product line.

Education

Pursuing a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting (completion of corporate or individual taxation class is required)
